The increased performance is part of the new Performance Option available to TelcoBridges customers of the Tmedia TMG800 and TMG3200 series media gateways. It allows customers to connect more calls and generate more revenue.

The Performance Option is designed for call centers, wholesale carriers and competitive service providers that seek to connect to other carriers via VoIP using high-CPS gateways. The enhancements deliver high performance in a sustained and reliable manner, allowing service providers and call centers to handle peak call volumes with confidence.
