TelcoBridges’ TB Academy Returns to Montreal, September 9-11, 2014
Free Technical Training Event Teaches Attendees New Skills to
Enhance Productivity and Leverage the Full Potential of Tmedia Gateways
Boucherville, Quebec: August 19th, 2014 – TelcoBridges today announced that the next TB Academy Technical Training event will take place September 9-11, at TelcoBridges’ global headquarters. This three-day event, designed for VoIP engineers; telecommunications network and solutions architects; installation technicians; commissioning specialists; and Network Operation Center (NOC) operators, provides hands-on training that helps attendees unlock the full potential of Tmedia gateways.
The event offers beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions tailored to each attendees’ level of expertise.
- Day 1, for beginners provides a comprehensive overview of the Tmedia gateways, with specific sessions dedicated to network architecture, configuration and basic routing.
- Day 2, for those more familiar with TelcoBridges’ gateways, covers hardware installation; Tmedia architecture; redundancy schemes; SS7; and efficient troubleshooting via TB Analytics.
- And Day 3, the advanced sessions are split into morning and afternoon events. The morning session provides an in-depth look at routing scripts, and the afternoon session (which is open to all attendees) covers new operational features; flexible IP; SNMP enhancements, and more.
The third day also features a roadmap that details the future of the Tmedia family. The event concludes with a valuable networking opportunity that enables attendees to discuss their specific needs with TelcoBridges’ management, support staff and with other like-minded partners.
Over the last two years, the TB Academy events in Singapore, Bangladesh, Spain, and the United States have grown substantially. Next month’s multi-day event in Montreal will be one of the biggest training events ever produced by TelcoBridges.
“The TB Academy continues to grow because it provides free training that enhances productivity and helps our customers become more self-sufficient,” said Gaetan Campeau, CEO of TelcoBridges. “Mastering the full potential of Tmedia helps partners close more business, and it also enables service providers to deliver a better overall experience to customers using their networks. Our technical trainers and our management team are looking forward to a highly interactive and in-depth event on September 9-11.”
