IMS Symphony joins the TelcoBridges Media Gateway Partner Program
Leading Asian reseller adds Tmedia™ VoIP gateways to its converged network offerings
MONTREAL, August 3rd, 2010 – TelcoBridges Inc., a leading provider of enabling technologies for telecom network convergence, value-added services development, and network performance management, today announced that IMS Symphony of Singapore, a leading reseller of converged network products, has joined the TelcoBridges Media Gateway Partner Program. Recently launched by TelcoBridges, the Media Gateway Partner Program provides member business partners with access to enhanced channel pricing, new sales and training tools, and product collateral that enable those same partners to easily market, sell and support converged network solutions based on TelcoBridges’ Tmedia™ family of VOIP and media gateways.
“We were attracted to TelcoBridges by the breadth of its VOIP gateway product family and in particular the density of its mid-range gateway offerings such as the Tmedia TMG3200. TelcoBridges has already helped us sell and deploy a number of TMG3200 systems leveraging 64 T1/E1 interfaces as well as STM-1,” said Danny Tan, President of IMS Symphony. “By formally joining the TelcoBridges Media Gateway Partner Program, we are signaling our belief that we can do even more great business together in the future.”
“As a leading provider of solutions for service providers in South-East and South Asia, IMS Symphony is on the front line of network convergence efforts in the region,” said Daniel Paradis, Vice President, Global Sales at TelcoBridges Inc. “The success that IMS Symphony has had in positioning, selling and deploying our Tmedia VOIP gateways, and their desire work more closely with us going forward as a full member of our partner program, is testament to our unique value proposition.”
The Tmedia family of VOIP gateways offer connectivity options ranging from 1-1024 T1/E1/J1, 1-48 DS-3 or 1-16 STM-1 interfaces, scaling to over 32,000 universal voice channels in a single system. Recognized for their high density and energy efficiency, Tmedia VOIP gateways provide support for SS7, ISDN, SIGTRAN, SIP, and H.248 in a single device, enabling them to perform the work of multiple devices while using the power, cooling and rack space of just one. This results in energy savings of up to 2/3rds when compared with competing products.
