Gaetan Campeau
President & CEO

An entrepreneur at heart, Gaetan launched TelcoBridges in 2002 to provide system integrators carrier-grade quality blades for the computer telephony industry.

Mr. Campeau was instrumental in developing and increasing both the domestic and international markets for the companies he was involved with and he uses those same qualities to grow TelcoBridges.

With over 30 years experience in sales and marketing he has a great understanding and respect for other cultures and an understanding of their business needs.

He is a member of the board of directors and the strategic planning team to guide TelcoBridges to its next stage of growth and expansion.




Luc Morissette
Director, Customer Service

As a founding member of TelcoBridges Luc Morissette has over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry. With his extensive technical product marketing and business experience he is responsible for all post sales support and testing of TelcoBridges products.

Prior to TelcoBridges, Mr. Morissette was Director of Customer Support and Systems Engineer at InnoMediaLogic and Product Marketing Manager at NMS Communications.

He has an Electric Engineering degree from École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS).




Pierre Boutet
Director, Production

Pierre Boutet ensures the smooth transition from design to production and helps bring to market TelcoBridges’ products. Using supply chain optimization techniques Pierre manages purchasing, inventory and assembly. He is also a founding member of TelcoBridges.

With over 15 years experience in the telecommunication industry, Mr. Boutet worked at Ovalsys as an FPGA designer. He was the first employee at InnoMediaLogic (now NMS Communications).    

Mr. Boutet graduated from the École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS) with a degree in Electrical Engineering.




Gordon Macfie
COO & CFO

Gordon Macfie has been with TelcoBridges since 2003. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the financial field and more specifically in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to TelcoBridges, Gordon held various roles with IndustryHub, a software company he co-founded which specialized in supply chain software for mid-sized organizations, including President and CFO. He also worked at Novacap Investments, a venture capital organization where he oversaw investments in companies such CI Wireless, InnoMediaLogic and Chrysalis-ITS. Mr. Macfie has also been on the Board of Directors of an affiliate of QuebecTel, which became Telus, as well as the Canadian Venture Capital Association. He also has worked in program control at a division of Unisys where he worked on one of Canada’s largest ever military contracts.

He is a Certified Management Accountant and has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.




Eric Morin
Director, Engineering

As Director of Engineering, Eric Morin leads TelcoBridges’ R&D team and oversees all aspects of product development, including the scalable and flexible architecture of TelcoBridges’ hardware platform.

Mr. Morin is a veteran of hardware design and has worked in companies such as NMS Communications, InnoMediaLogic, Emtech and Galea.

He graduated from the École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS) with a degree in Engineering.




Daniel Paradis
Vice President, Global Sales

As VP, Global Sales for TelcoBridges, Daniel's responsibilities encompass the coordination and collaboration of the corporate sales team as well as various business development activities pursued with leading solutions developers, system integrators and value added resellers worldwide. With over 20 years of business experience within the IT and Telecommunications industries. Daniel brings a rich knowledge of the industry, its technologies and partner echosystem. 

His wide range of experience has been accumulated from such positions as: Business Development Manager, responsible for collaborating with Nortel account teams and customer representatives, on a global perspective, Executive Account Manager, focused on fortune 100 customers to understand their business model and key challanges, Channel Manager, IT Director, System Engineer telecommunications services, and as a Technical and Professional Services Manager.

Paradis has studied in the IT and Financial related fields in various institutions, including McGill University, Université du Québec, and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queen's University in Kingston (Ontario).




Marc St-Onge
Director, Sales Support

Marc St-Onge has extensive experience in marketing and product management. As Director of Sales Support, he endeavors to understand customer needs and to find the best fit for TelcoBridges' products.

Prior to joining TelcoBridges, Mr. St-Onge worked for SR Telecom in a variety of positions, including marketing, communications and product line management, where he was responsible for the company's product and promotion strategies. He has held previous product management positions with Gandalf Technologies and senior network design positions at Bell Canada.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Montreal's École Polytechnique.
