Technical Conference Call, Site Survey & Support
Once the project is quoted, we request a technical conference call with you and your client to discuss the projects technical specifications, current systems in place, types of testing required and more. The result of this technical conference call is a customised site survey which will be sent to the end-user for completion. A dedicated Pre-Sales Representative will be assigned to you and your client to help in the completion of the site survey which is required in order to ship a pre-configured VoIP gateway.
Order Placement
When you and your client are ready, you will submit the following to TelcoBridges:

- PO with 25% deposit*
- The completed Site Survey
Product Shipment
The pre-configured VoIP gateway is shipped to the end-user.
Remote Installation & Testing
A member of TelcoBridges TB Support Team will remotely install the VoIP gateway and will walk the end-user through testing.

On-Site Spare
TelcoBridges wants to support its Partners in the growth of their markets!
On-site spare unit (50% rebate)
To help you deal with the unexpected for your clients, TelcoBridges offers a significant discount (on the list price) of on-site spare hardware units, ready-for-use in order to replace any failed devices (under warranty), that are used in a production environment. This policy supports the desire of service providers to maximise service up-time while minimising the capital costs typically associated with such efforts.
NOTE: With the exception of the TMG800, all Tmedia devices are eligible for the on-site spare program and corresponding price discount.
Fully tested and functionally equivalent to the configuration of the production device, an on-site spare unit is shipped without the software license necessary for the operation of the device and is therefore not fully functional.
Service providers who wish to activate a spare unit will be required to visit the TelcoBridges web site to download a temporary 30-day license specific to their organisation.
NOTE: The 30-day license should be sufficient to cover the time necessary to ship the original device back to TelcoBridges, repair it or advance replace it, depending on whether it is still covered under warranty, please refer to the Product Warranty document. The on-site spare program is not designed to convert a spare unit into a full production unit. Service providers interested in this type of option, and its associated level of peace of mind and convenience, areencouraged to purchase fully functioning unit that is to be kept in reserve.
The manufacturer’s suggested list price for on-site spare is 50% of standard product list price. The partner standard discount is then applied to that amount.
