Ringback Tones
Tdev platforms enable the development of highly-competitive Personal Ringback Tone solutions.
Replacing the standard “ring-ring” tone heard by callers of mobile subscribers with music or personalized greetings, voice messages, or custom sound bites, requires the ability to store and playback a large amount of content, support a high rate of call setups and teardowns, and a large number of ports for the simultaneous delivery of ringback tones to callers.
TelcoBridges’ Tdev platform enables the creation of the world’s largest PRBT solutions. TelcoBridges’ unique system architecture eliminates all scalability limitations and system management issues encountered with competitive offerings.

IVR
Tdev platforms enable highly flexible and completely customizable IVR solutions. Callers can be greeted by customized playback messages stored on the TB-StreamServer.
TelcoBridges’ TB-StreamServer application provides for the unlimited storage and playback of prompts and audio files required by large-scale applications. Each TB-StreamServer is capable of supporting in excess of 20,000 simultaneous audio channels and can interface with standard automatic speech recognition (ASR) or text to speech (TTS) engines. No matter how large your IVR system and prompts storage and playback requirements are, the Tdev platform is designed to meet and scale with your business needs.

Prepaid / Postpaid
Whether entirely based on TDM interfaces, entirely on VoIP, or supporting a mix of VoIP and TDM connections, Tdev is the ideal platform for developers creating prepaid and postpaid switching solutions. In such applications, where the switching platform connects to multiple networks with different signaling protocols and variants, it is key to have the flexibility to dynamically and simultaneously support multiple signaling stacks and variants.
The ability to scale the switching infrastructure, re-configure trunks dynamically and partition ports as needed have a direct impact on the success of a service provider.

LCR
Least-Cost Routing will allow a Service Provider to choose routes from tens of suppliers and for hundreds of destinations across the world. This can be done on a weekly or even daily basis to maintain a competitive cost base and acceptable call quality. Leveraging ToolPack, Tdev solutions can route TDM and SIP calls, routing is entirely customizable and it offers one of the most user friendly script creation environments. The Tdev family of products also allows for IP/IP , TDM/IP or TDM/TDM (Hairpinning) on the same 1U and external routing support is available with dynamic updates.

Background Music Injection
Background music and other Value Added Services (VAS) such as Ring-Back Tone are offered and deployed in Asia Pacific to meet the increasing demand for innovative, youth-oriented VAS products that help differentiate service providers and attract more subscribers.
With the background music feature, TelcoBridges Partners build systems allowing callers to enhance their telephone calling experience by injecting their favourite tune into the conversation to create the perfect mood. Background music VAS products drive up usage rates and boost revenue for the operator through subscription and content download fees.
Our Partners recognize that TelcoBridges carrier-class and highly-scalable telecom platforms can take their VAS solutions portfolio to the next level, supporting higher channel densities, effortless system expansions and dynamic control of music injection parameters (Start, Stop, volume, song...) using DTMF tones.

Unified Communications
Unified communications is the integration of different telecommunications networks, media, even devices, into a single environment which simplifies and enhances the user’s experience.
TelcoBridges’ Tdev platforms have the ability to enable unified communications applications by providing access to the media, whether it is landline voice, mobile voice, fax, SMS, voicemail, instant messaging, music, etc. The Tdev platforms access these different media types on TDM and VoIP networks and have the ability to process them for recording, playback, storage, transcoding, and switching. Tdev platforms provide the enabling technologies for developers to build unified communications solutions.
